Warsaw Man Held In Marshall County Jail
BOURBON — Kevin Rodriguez-Duran, 20, Warsaw, was booked in the Marshall County Jail after being arrested by Bourbon Police early Sunday morning, April 10.
Duran has been charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of alcohol. He was given a court date and held on a cash bond of $750.
Bourbon Police Patrolman Matt Geiger reports around 3:48 a.m. Sunday, he stopped a vehicle for speeding in the area of Lincoln Highway and Elm Road. Upon investigation, Duran was found to have a suspended driver’s license. Further investigation found he was in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of alcohol. There was also a minor in the vehicle with Duran at the time of the traffic stop.
The minor was cited and released to his parents. Charging information was turned over to the probation department.
