April 21 — James Ochoa-Rodriguez, 29, South Haven, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .15 percent, reckless driving and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.
