SYRACUSE — Joanna King, State Senate District 12 candidate, will be at Oakwood’s The Pier, Syracuse, from 3-3:50 p.m. this Wednesday, April 27. She will meet with constituents and hear concerns regarding Indiana’s future. Community members living in the following townships in Elkhart and  Kosciusko counties are in district 12:
