PLYMOUTH — A juvenile, whose name is being withheld by police, was transported to Memorial Hospital of South Bend, following a one-vehicle accident Sunday, May 1, on Veterans Parkway, east of the intersection of US 31. The accident was reported at 5:19 a.m.

Police were notified by a passing motorist of a vehicle that had gone off the south side of the road. The unnamed driver is believed to be the only occupant in the vehicle at the time of the collision.

The driver was transported by Plymouth EMS to Memorial Hospital. The driver’s injury status was unknown at the time of the press release.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating the collision and the contributing factors to the cause of the accident.
