Harriet R. Neff, 96, Goshen, died 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.

She was born April 24, 1920, in Lafayette, to Russell and Delphi (Tary) Holliday. She married William H. Neff on Aug. 31, 1940, and he died Feb. 1, 2013.

Surviving are a son: Bill (June) Neff, New Paris; daughter: Darcy Boyden, Franklin; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents and husband: William.

Harriet was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Methodist Church, New Paris.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the 4 p.m. service Friday, May 6, at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St., Goshen. Burial will be at New Paris Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the donor’s choice.
