WARSAW – The third annual Run, Walk or Roll is set for May 21.

The outstanding event, which raises funds for the WCHS Unified Track Team, will be held at WCHS. Race day registration begins at 8 a.m. with the 5K at 9 a.m. on the Warsaw cross country course. The one-mile walk will begin at approximately 10:15 a.m. on the track.

Persons who register by May 14 are guaranteed a race day shirt. Wheelchairs and strollers are encouraged, but not required, for the event.

Proceeds from the event will go to the WCHS Unified Track Team, which consists of athletes with an without intellectual disabilities. The WCHS team is currently in its third season and was crowned state champions in 2013 in the inaugural year of the IHSAA sanctioned state tournament event.

The WCHS Unified team will host on meet on May 12. The seniors on the team will be honored at 5 p.m. with the meet to follow with three running events and two field events.
