SILVER LAKE — Kerlin Motors is celebrating their 89th year of serving northern throughout the month of May. The company was started in 1927 by Russ Kerlin with inventory consisting of the Ford Model-T. They have made it through five wars, the Great Depression and 15 US Presidents. Today, the company is headed by his grandson Rick Kerlin. The family has taken pride in serving their customer base and their community which has been noticed by Ford Motor Company, recognizing them with more customer service awards than any other Ford dealer in the country.

Kerlin family is inviting the public Saturday, May 14 for the 89 Anniversary Open House as a thank you to the community and customers.  

According to Kerlin Motors Marketing Director, Nick Prentice, “2016 has been a year of excitement as we look toward a century of serving. And this year we have a great deal of offerings to our customers, both current and new, in terms of pricing and services. We take a pride in the recognition we get from Ford Motor Company but that is a mere result of how we treat the customer, and they always come first.”
