- 10:12 a.m. Sunday, May 15, 6200 block of East Hesitation Drive, Syracuse. Brandi Jo. Niles reported a theft of a purse.
- 9:44 a.m. Sunday, May 15, 100 block of North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Fredrick Kalinowski reported theft of a Nikon camera.
- 1:11 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 1400 block of South CR 400W, Warsaw. Addie B. Powell reported a window had been broken out of her vehicle.
- 9:45 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 7900 block of East CR 1050S, South Whitley. Ted O. Ternet reported a telephone scam.
- 4 p.m. Friday, May 13, 3600 block of West Cr 1300S, Silver Lake. Julia A. Middleton reported an unwanted subject.
- 9:04 p.m. Friday, May 13, 11300 block of North CR 1000E, Cromwell. Ronald D. Corson reported an animal bite.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 10:56 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 1500 block of East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Police received reports of a missing person.
- 9 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Daniel Joe Slone reported a found phone.
- 7:16 p.m. Sunday, May 15, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. David E. Melton reported a missing tablet.
- 8:36 a.m. Sunday, May 15, 300 block of South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Keri A. Jackson reported a burglary of her residence.
- 4:12 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 9300 block of East Old Road 30, Pierceton. Cayle L. Woodard reported a burglary by forcible entry, with power tools and hand tools stolen from a barn.
- 11:38 a.m. Sunday, May 14, 100 block of South Scott Street, Warsaw. David Eric Rosbrugh reported he was assaulted and his moped was stolen.
- 9:41 a.m. Sunday, May 14, 600 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. Angela Sue Boyd reported a domestic battery.
- 11:59 p.m. Friday, May 13, 300 block of Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Employees at Buffalo Wild Wings reported a theft of consumable goods.
- 4:44 p.m. Friday, May 13, 1000 block of Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw. Kimberly Little reported a battery.
- 1:52 p.m. Friday, May 13, 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Officers received calls about an indecent exposure.
