INDIANAPOLIS — The latest studio album by Trampled by Turtles, “Wild Animals,” emits themes of impermanence that run deep, both lyrically and sonically. The group’s hybrid folk sound continues its evolution, pushing them further into the grey area between genres that defy classification. Trampled by Turtles bring their unique progressive bluegrass sound to The Vogue Theatre, at 6259 North College Avenue, 9 p.m. Thursday, June 9, the doors open at 8 o.m.
