Carolyn A. Bucher, 83, North Manchester, died at 4 p.m. May 25, 2016.

She was born in Huntington, May 25, 1933 to George F. Enyeart Jr. and Mary C. Aldridge, both deceased. She married Kenneth M. Bucher, April 13, 1952. He passed Dec. 20, 1989.

She worked at Oppenheim’s Department Store, North Manchester, as a clerk.

She is survived by her children: Ken Bucher, North Manchester; Cynthia Bucher, North Manchester; Beth (Dennis) Walther, Claypool; her grandchildren: Michelle, Lesley, Emily, Holly, Missy and Jon.

She was also preceded by one grandson: Andrew Smith.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, calling one hour prior at McKee Mortuary in North Manchester. Calling hours will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 31. Pastor Susan Beamer will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Servia.
