Max D. Holloway, 73, North Port, Fla., passed away May 25, 2016, at TideWell Hospice in Venice, Fla. He was born in Warsaw on November 5, 1942, to Clayton and Maxine (Scott) Holloway. In 1971, he married his beloved wife Barbara Middleton. Max worked on special projects for R.R. Donnelly in Warsaw, retiring after 42 years.

He is survived by his loving wife: Barb; daughter: Cory Holloway, Naples, Fla.; son: Brandon (Jessica), Indianapolis; grandchildren: Brayton; Nixon; Grady; and Tessa; and brother: Bob Holloway, Mentone.

Interment services will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 3, at Venice Memorial Gardens under the direction of Farley Funeral Home in North Port, Fla. Immediately following services there will be a celebration of his life at Harbor Isles Clubhouse in North Port, Fla.
