High Life, the first in the summer concert series hosted by Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department

WARSAW — The crowd at Central Park seemed to enjoy the High Life [Band] Friday evening, May 27, at Central Park Plaza, as the City of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department hosted the first free concert of the summer series.

The High Life was billed as a jazz band, but were actually a classic rock and country group, but if anyone who showed up were disappointed it didn’t show by the full “house.” Some in the crowd danced, sang along or just tapped a toe to the beat and seemed to have a grand time.

The next concert will be June 3, featuring the country singer Kris Hitchcock.
