John Allen Shalchick, 53, Milford, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016, at IU Health Goshen. He was born Oct. 15, 1962, to John Paul Shalchick and Georgia Raymond in Miami, Fla.

John enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and riding motorcycles, but his passion was playing pool.

John is survived by his wife: Rosa Shalchick; his mother: Georgia Raymond; three sisters: Ann Dunshee; Sherri Shalchick; and Carol Raymond; and a brother: David Lewis.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 18, at Abundant Life Assembly of God, Warsaw. Pastor Anthony Green will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Shalchick family. Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center is assisting with arrangements.
