Kay Lee Dotson, Warsaw, passed away at 4:07 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2016, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, at the age of 59.

She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.

She was born on Dec. 20, 1956, in Warsaw, to Walter Lee LaRue and Jean Carletha (Bartley) Rogers.

She leaves behind two sisters: Rhonda (Carl) Breit, Galion, Ohio; and Kristina Law, Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; and her adoptive parents: Ernest and Ella Dotson.

No visitation is planned, a private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
