Local Vacation Bible Schools
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Below is a listing of Vacation Bible Schools being offered in Kosciusko County. Some VBS programs in the community have already occurred, but there are still many to participate in for the rest of the summer.
Milford
- Wawasee Community Bible Church: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 20-23
The theme is, “Wawasee Kids Day Camp.” Children finishing kindergarten through fourth grade are welcome to attend.
Cost: $10 per child, $20 maximum per family. Lunch provided.

North Webster
- North Webster United Methodist Church: 9-11:30 a.m. Aug. 1-5
The theme will be, “Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro.” Ages 3-5 are invited to attend.

Pierceton
- Bethel Baptist Church: 6-8:30 p.m. June 26-30
The theme is, “Superheroes.” Ages 4-18 are welcome.

Silver Lake
- Community VBS: 5-8:30 p.m. July 5-8
The theme is, “Sports Camp.” Students must be age 6-12 to participate in sports; there will be special activities for ages 4-5.
Pre-registration is encouraged. Call Sarah Shepherd, (574) 893-4489. This is a collaborative effort between Silver Lake Wesleyan Church, Center United Methodist Church, South Pleasant United Methodist Church and Silver Creek Church of God.

Winona Lake
- Winona Lake Grace Church: 6:30-8:30 p.m., starting June 14
No pre-registration required for, “Camp Whatever.” Kindergarten through sixth grade and a separate VBS for junior high which includes grades seven through nine. There are still four camps open to walk-in registrations.
