James N. Watson — UPDATED
James N. Watson, 60, Warsaw, passed away at 9:10 a.m. Sunday, June 26, 2016 in his residence.
He was born in Wabash July 18, 1955, to Robert Dean and Dorothy Jean (Cole) Watson. He was a 25 year resident of Warsaw, formerly of Wabash County.
He served our country in the U.S. Army at the rank of Staff Sergeant. James worked as a machinist at Cutting Edge Machine and Tool, New Paris, Indiana.
James is survived by his daughter: Nicole Gadow, Milford; his son: James M. (and spouse Julie) Watson, Pottsville, Penn.; two sisters: Sharon Dyer, Nappanee; Tina Daniels, Lagro; four brothers: Michael Watson, Nappanee; Darrell (and spouse Judy) Watson, North Manchester; Malvern “Bud” (and spouse Connie) Winters, Roann; Dave Watson, Andrews; his companion: Joan Brown, Warsaw; six step children and 11 step grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 1 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Chaplain Bob Jarboe of Kosciusko County Homecare and Hospice officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Legion Circle with military rites provided by the American Legion Post #49, VFW Post #1126, Warsaw and Military Funeral Honor Guard.
Visitation hours will be from 4–8 p.m. Thursday, June 30 in the funeral chapel.
