Danny Villarreal, 53, of Syracuse, passed away June 28, 2016 at his home.

He was born Sept. 25, 1962 in Mathis, Texas. He moved to the Syracuse area 15 years ago coming from Texas. He worked for Lakeland Rehabilitation in Milford.

He is survived by his mother: Julia Villarreal, Odem, Texas; five sisters: Dora Pena, Milford; Martha (Ted) Trevino-Gillem, Cromwell; Noemi Rocha, Cromwell; Frances Blanco, Odem, Texas; and Mary (David) Duhart, Corpus Cristi, Texas; one brother: Abel Trevino, Odem, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his beloved cat Rocky.

He was preceded by his brother Sabe Villarreal.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, June 30 at the Eastlund Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements. Services and burial will take place at the Richea Gonzalez Funeral Home in Sinton, Texas.
