Kids could partake in the water slide, robotics, putt putt, or kick a football in the field goal. A temporary beach was provided with toys for kids. One tent provided free cookie decorating as well.
The events weren’t solely for the kids, a number activities were available for adults as well. A wide variety of food venues from the community came out to First Friday. The Colts on the Move bus was present filled with memorabilia from the team. Numerous community vendors and info tents came out for the event.
Many volunteers from the community were happy support this event. Volunteer John Warren said, “This is such a great community. The Stellar initiative would be a great addition to our community.”
The community is excited for the improvements the Stellar initiative will bring if the community wins the award. Volunteer, Brad Bishop said, “The people who live here enjoy the bike trails. We enjoy the improvements that have been made to the community and want to make them happen faster.”
