Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

9:32 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at North Warner Road, north of East Eli Lilly Road, Syracuse. Driver: Danielle E. Fox, 18, North Camelot Lane, Cromwell. Hit a deer. Damage up $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

3:26 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at Harrison Street, east of Henry Street, Syracuse. Drivers: Megan K. Stanley, 24, East Northshore Drive, Syracuse, and Heaven L. Tendziegloski, 28, South Hansing Street, Syracuse. Stanley stopped at a stop sign. She said she didn’t see Tendziegloski’s vehicle and went through the stop sign and struck it. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:59 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at East Center Street, east of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Stephen F. Berg, 61, West Porter Street, Warsaw. Berg was in the right turn lane from Robmar Drive and as he was passing a gas staion a vehicle made a left turn in front of him. Berg stated he had to lay his motorcycle down in order to avoid colliding with the vehicle. Damage up to $2,500. Berg had abrasions to his left side/shoulder area and complained of hip pain. He was checked by medics, but was not transported from the scene.

12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 28, at 1301 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Driver: Shade D. Keeny, 35, West CR 850S, Claypool. Keeny was backing out of a parking space and backed into a parked car. Damage up to $5,000.
