Doctor Mark Jensen

FULTON COUNTY — Mark A. Jensen, 63, 1923 E. Timberline Circle South, Warsaw, was present today, Thursday, Aug. 4, to offer a plea agreement for the charges of four counts of child exploitation and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor. All charges are class C felonies.

Jensen was present with his attorney, Doug Lemon, of Miner & Lemon LLP, who presented the plea agreement to the Fulton County Superior Court Judge Wayne Steele. The plea agreement consists of Jensen pleading guilty to two counts of child exploitation with the other counts being dismissed.

Steele accepted the plea agreement and has scheduled Jensen’s sentencing to occur, at 1:15 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
