The Lakeland Christian Academy volleyball team picked up a 3-0 win at Argos Friday night.

The Cougars claimed the win by a 25-12, 25-9, 25-15 final over the Dragons.

Carlie Wise had seven aces to go with four kills and a dig for the winners.

Kyle Kohler had two kills, two digs, a block, three assist and nine aces for the Cougars. Sydney Hobbs had two aces, a kill and four assists and Heather Plastow three digs. Cami Dahms had five aces, two kills and two digs and Baylee Wiley two aces, two kills and a dig. Natalie Plastow had two aces and Morgan Ziebarth a dig.

LCA won the JV match 25-15, 25-20.

Boys Soccer

The Lakeland Christian Academy boys soccer team posted a 2-1 home win over Victory Christian Academy Friday night.

The Cougars took a 1-0 first-half lead on a goal by Parker Stewart, assisted by Noel Blum. LCA won the game late on an own goal.

Cross Williams had six saves in goal and Remington Swanson two for the Cougars.

LCA had three shots on goal in the match and Victory Christian had nine.

LCA, now 3-2, will play at Winamac on Tuesday night.
