Leah Kugler
Leah Marie Kugler, 35, Afton, Okla., passed away at 10:01 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, in her residence. On May 13, 1981, she was born in Goshen to John and Connie (Robbins) Kugler.
Leah served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as a secretary. She then worked as a prison corrections officer. Leah was dedicated to her children and loved spending time with them. She enjoyed homemaking, cooking and doing crafts. She also loved photography and computers.
Leah is survived by three children: Gabrielle; Kristopher; and Kameryn Cornish who are living with their father: Keith Cornish, Montoursville, Pa.; her father: John Kugler, Warsaw; her mother: Connie Tayler, Clarksville, Tenn.; seven siblings: Sarah (Kevin) Prater, Akron; Rachel (Todd) Havlin, Clinton, Ill.; Deborah Kugler, Warsaw; Timothy (fiance Betsy) Kugler, Nappanee; Jesse Kugler, Clarksville, Tenn.; Shannon (Ty) Brody, Warsaw; and Jeremy (Carolyn) Garner, Leesburg; grandmother: Joyce Robbins, Muskogee, Okla.; and stepgrandmother: Frances Harris, Warsaw. Leah was also survived by several nieces; nephews; and extended family. Leah was preceded in death by three grandparents; and her stepmother: Linda Kugler.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating. Burial will be in Wooden Cemetery, Etna Green. Visitation hours will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 2, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
