Martha E. Leonhard, 92, Wabash, passed away at 2:53 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15, at Millers Merry Manor East in Wabash. She was born to the late John Samuel and Dora (Bare) Ellet on September 3, 1924 in Andrews.

Martha married Robert Leonhard on August 25, 1952, he passed away in July of 1976. She worked for Schact Rubber Company and Lydall Inc. in Huntington for 29 years. She was a member of First Church of God in Wabash.

Martha is survived by several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18, at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992, with Pastor Robert Rensberger officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Andrews.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 1-2 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
