M. Louise Rhamy, 70, LaFontaine, passed away at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016, at Marion General Hospital, Marion. She was born to the late John C. and Hassie (Aiken) Brown on Oct. 5, 1945, in Greenville, Tenn.

Louise married Levon E. Rhamy on April 17, 1966; he passed away June 23, 2008. She retired from Marion General Hospital as a registered nurse and was currently working for Premier Home Healthcare. She was a member of LaFontaine Christian Church, LaFontaine.

She is survived by three sons: Ron (Divina Madris) Rhamy, LaFontaine; Kristian (Angela) Rhamy, LaFontaine; and Michael Todd Rhamy, Marion; brother: Don Brown, Hunington; grandchildren: Resa; Shandi; Kaitlyn; Drew Anna; Stephen; Shania; Kenzie; Tanner; and Jarrett; great-grandchildren: Alexia; Mason; Khole; and Jace.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at McDonald Funeral Home, LaFontaine Chapel, LaFontaine, with Pastor Brad Wright officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Etna Cemetery. Mount Etna.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 9-10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at the funeral home.
