Man Arrested After Dealing Drugs At Dollar General
WARSAW — A Millersburg man was arrested after dealing prescription drugs at a local Dollar General.
Commodore Gibson Jr., 45, 126 N. Jefferson St., Millersburg is being charged with dealing a schedule I, II or II controlled substance, a level 5 felony.
On Sept. 20, an officer with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department witnessed Gibson sell four prescription pills in exchange for $20. The officer observed Gibson and a female exit a blue Ford Mustang and approach an individual in the Dollar General parking lot. Gibson sold the pills and advised that he was getting another prescription filled in the next week and would have more pills for sale.
The orange pills were identified as amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, a schedule II controlled substance and weighed 1.4 grams.
Gibson was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on Oct. 10 with a $10,250 surety and cash bond.
