CTB Names New Vice Presidents
MILFORD — Chore Time Brock Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., has announced that Will Mabee has been named vice president of global credit and risk management and John Dilling has been named vice president and corporate controller according to Randy Eveler, vice president and chief financial officer for CTB.
Mabee has 17 years of experience with CTB, serving most recently as vice president and corporate controller for the past nine years. Prior roles at CTB included supporting business decisions as controller for several business units and financial reporting manager in the corporate headquarters. In addition to responsibility for credit and risk management, in his new role, Mabee will bring a strategic focus to supporting customers on a global basis through financing, trade finance and similar programs to support their purchases of the company’s equipment. A graduate of Ball State University, Muncie, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Mabee is a certified public accountant. A native of Indiana, he resides in Winona Lake.
Dilling has more than 20 years of experience in financial analysis and controllership, most recently as corporate controller and credit manager for TimBar Packaging & Display. Dilling will be responsible for consolidated financial reporting, the audit function and managing the planning process for CTB’s group of companies. Additionally, he will provide oversight of shared services including accounts payable, payroll and general accounting activities for CTB’s domestic operations. A graduate of Grace College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics, Dilling is a CPA and chartered global management accountant. He resides in Mishawaka.
