Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
9:34 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, Lake City Highway and Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: David Mondaine, 53, Highcrest, Missouri City, Texas, and Daniel Rhoades, 49, Westwind Drive, Fort Wayne. Mondaine ran through a red light, striking Rhoades’ vehicle.Damages up to $10,000.
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:
5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 730 South Huntington St., Syracuse. Driver: Elaine Pearson, 63, Wizard of Oz Way, Cromwell. Pearson struck a light pole in the parking lot with her vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.
Marshall
Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:
11:49 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, 7500 block SR 17, east of Quince Road, Plymouth. Driver: Aaron Lee Muffley, 39, Knox. Police received a call of an accident with the driver leaving the scene. Upon arriving at the scene police discovered a vehicle had driven off the south side of the road and hit a fence and a utility pole. Muffley was found walking on SR 17, near 10B Road and found the vehicle parked on private property a short distance away. He was arrested for failure to stop after a collision and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
