Miller Named VP And General Manager at CTB
MILFORD — Chore-Time, a leading worldwide supplier of poultry and egg production equipment, today announced that Jeff Miller has been named vice president and general manager of CTB’s Chore-Time Group division, according to Doug Niemeyer, president and chief operating officer for CTB. Miller will be responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for the global Chore-Time group including oversight of sales, manufacturing and a worldwide network of independent distributors.
Miller has been with CTB since 2005, first as controller for CTB’s Milford-based Egg Production Systems business unit, including responsibility for Chore-Time’s production facility in Decatur, Ala. After CTB combined its Egg Production Systems, Poultry Production Systems and Chore-Time International business units into a global Chore-Time Group business unit, Miller was named controller and subsequently operations manager for the Chore-Time Group. In his role as operations manager, Miller led a significant plant expansion for Chore-Time in Milford, as well as facilitating dramatic improvements in material flow and delivery performance.
Prior to joining CTB, Miller held financial management positions with manufacturing companies and public accounting firms. He holds a B.A. in accounting from Goshen College. A native of LaGrange, he currently resides in Syracuse.
