Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:34 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, South Buffalo Street and West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Carolyn S. Hester, 64, North Morris Drive, Marion, and Samantha E. Vargas, 32, East Wooster Road, Pierceton. Hester’s vehicle sideswiped Vargas’ vehicle while going through an intersection. Damage up to $10,000.

Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

6:39 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, North SR 15 and West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Philip F. Fozo, 31, South Scott Street, Warsaw, and Juan M. Lozano, 29, North River Avenue, Warsaw. Fozo rear-ended Lozano’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

7:02 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, West CR 1250S, east of South CR 890W, Akron. Drivers: Homer E. Easterday, 74, North Jefferson Street, and Tayler G. Hanes, 19, West Rochester Street, Akron. Easterday’s vehicle was left of center and struck Hanes’ vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
