WARSAW — Warsaw has a new business in the downtown area as Reecer Properties held its ribbon cutting today, Jan. 20, at its new Market Street location.

The company has expanded quickly since its start in 2010. This is the fifth office for the business, which has two Fort Wayne locations, as well as locations in Syracuse and Roanoke. Its website boasts that the company, “Is a sophisticated boutique real estate agency that provides tailored services in the areas of buying, selling, building and remodeling homes and lake cottages throughout Northern Indiana.”

President Lynn Reecer stated at the ribbon cutting that she had been looking to open a Warsaw branch for sometime. “I’m glad I was led to Julie,” said Reecer. Julie Seiss is a REALTOR and the new Warsaw Branch Manager.

“This branch will connect the area,” stated Seiss. “There are plenty of people who work in both Warsaw and Fort Wayne, so I think it’s good for us to be here to service their needs.”

Guests crowded in the small storefront for the ribbon cutting ceremony, sharing Reecer and Seiss’ excitement for the opportunity. A sign in the new office states, “Our vision is to be known as NE Indiana’s most respected and successful locally-owned residential and commercial real estate firm.”

Reece Properties’ grand opening offered hors d’oeuvres, courtesy of Rua, libations and hosted drawings with gifts from Noa Noa Wood Grill, Tripp and Associates, First Federal Savings Bank, Homestar Mortgage, Reinholt’s Town Square Furniture, HouseMaster and Reecer Properties.
