Donald R. Miller — UPDATED
Donald R. “Don” Miller, 85, Warsaw, (Chapman Lake) passed away at 1:15 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 30, 2017 at his home.
He was born on April 1, 1931 in Leo-Grabill to Elmer Ray and Pauline (Lindenmeyer) Miller.
He graduated from Central High School in Fort Wayne, attended Manchester College in North Manchester and moved to the Warsaw area in 1970 from Fort Wayne. He was married on March 9, 1985 in Warsaw to Anna M. “Ann” (Conley) Zachary who survives and retired in 1990 from RR Donnelley in Warsaw as a salesman after 30+ years.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Miller; his daughter, Kathleen (Jerry) Landrum, Winona Lake; two sons: Donald R. (Vickey) Miller II, Claypool; David L. (Barbar) Miller, Cochabamba, Bolivia; step-son, Brett (Courtney) Zachary, Fort Wayne; ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; a sister, Jean Johnson, Panama City, Fla.; brother, Gaylord Miller, Columbia City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, and two brothers.
No services will be held. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster is in charge of arrangements.
