Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

9:42 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, South Country Club Road and East CR 400S, Warsaw. Drivers: Saturnino C. Perez, 55, Lismore Drive, Goshen, and Ethan I. Merkel, 20, East Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damages up to $25,000.

12:01 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 SR 15, Claypool. Drivers: Jose D. Pichardo, 54, P.O. Box 3162, Poughkeepsie, NY, and James E. Horvath, 61, Irish Hills Drive, South Bend. Pichardo struck a parked vehicle while making a turn. Damages up to $1,000.

5:47 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, West CR 300N, east of Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Driver: Jacob A. Slone, 19, North Copeland Street, Warsaw. Driver advised he lost control of the vehicle and struck an embankment. Damages up to $2,500.

8:36 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, East CR 550S, east of South Country Club Road, Claypool. Driver: Toni Rodriquez, 23, Fellowship Drive, North Manchester. Driver struck a deer. Damages up to $10,000.

11:00 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, East CR 600S and South CR 525E, Pierceton. Driver: David L. Goad, 27, Lexington Drive, Winona Lake. Driver struck an REMC utility pole. Damages up to $25,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

11:53 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, North Sherman Street, north of East Clark Street, Warsaw. Driver: Wendy M. Bussard, 36, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Bussard struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle while backing out of a driveway. Damages up to $2,500.

4:45 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Khyren M. Titsworth, 18, EMS T34 Lane, Leesburg. Titsworth struck an unoccupied, parked vehicle while pulling into a parking space. Damages up to $2,500.

8:59 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, Lake City Highway. Driver: Hailey M. Johnson, 19, West Section Street, Claypool. Johnson struck a building when her dog jumped on her lap while she was attempting to park. Damages up to $5,000.
