Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

9:29 a.m. Friday, May 5, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Driver: Thania E. Colgrove, 55, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Colgrove struck a post to her carport while backing from her driveway. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:55 p.m. Friday, May 5, East Winona Avenue and South Indiana Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Donna M. Anderson, 62, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Nicholas W. Smith, 21, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Jared W. Figlio, 35, West Ninth Street, Rochester; and Chazari B. Kahealani Long, 28, West Eldora Drive, Silver Lake. Anderson was turning on to Indiana Street when she was struck in the side by Smith who was westbound on Winona and could not stop his vehicle. The collision caused Anderson to collided with the front of Figlio’s vehicle, pushing him into Long’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

6:01 p.m. Friday, May 5, North Detroit Street and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Kyle R. Eckerley, 20, East CR 200N, Peru, and Betty R. Lambert, 71, North CR 425W, Milford. Eckerley rear ended Lambert. Damage up to $2,500.

7:28 p.m. Friday, May 5, West Lake Street, east of Leiter Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Rick A. Deeter, 54, West Wasp Way, Claypool. A deer collided into Deeter’s driver side door. Damage up to $10,000.
