Nancy A. Dunithan, 57, Syracuse, passed away at 8:35 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2017 at her residence. She was born on April 22, 1960 in Fort Wayne to Stephen and Charlotte (Aiken) Glassley.

She grew up in Fort Wayne and moved to Syracuse in 1975. She graduated in 1978 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and received an associate’s degree from I.PF.W. in Fort Wayne.  She was married on Oct. 9, 1981 in Syracuse to Mark A. Dunithan who survives. She worked as a medical assistant for Krabill Family Medicine in Goshen for six years and formerly worked for Dr. Bhagat in Goshen and Ameri-Camp in Syracuse.   She was an active member of the Syracuse Church of God.

She is survived by her husband, Mark; two sons: Matt (Lindsey) Dunithan, Leesburg; Ryan Dunithan, Syracuse; a daughter, Jennifer Dunithan, Chicago; two grandchildren: Bodie and Daxton Dunithan; her father, Stephen Glassley, Fort Wayne; her mother, Charlotte Glassley, Syracuse; three sisters: Karen (Gus) Widmer, Milford; Linda White, Milford; Amy (Mike) Casati, Carmel; a brother, Samuel (Pam) Glassley, Grabill.

Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 18 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse IN. Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 19 at the funeral home with Pastors Stan Owen and Vince Wilczynski officiating. Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery.
