Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

11:30 a.m. Friday, May 19, Anchorage Road, east of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: James D. Teel, 74, Saint Andrews Road, Winona Lake, and John B. Clay, 60, Robb Road, Warsaw. Teel believed it was clear to proceed onto Anchorage Road as he was exiting the Northgate Shopping Center, and he struck Clay’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

2:23 p.m. Friday, May 19, West Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Cynthia M. Tucker, 56, South Ferguson Road, Warsaw. Tucker backed into a parked vehicle while exiting a parking space. Damage up to $2,500.

4:24 p.m. Friday, May 19, South Detroit Street, west of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Ryan M. Bonebrake, 18, South Woodland Trail, Warsaw, and William L. Sheller, 56, East Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Bonebrake rear-ended Sheller’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

6:34 p.m. Friday, May 19, East Market Street and South Bronson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Andrea R. Wolfe, 26, Green Hill Drive, Warsaw, and George P. Ruckman, 70, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damage up to $2,500.

11:05 p.m. Friday, May 19, East Center Street, west of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Joshua K. Richards, 20, Graywell Drive, Bloomington, and Chastity M. Smith, 40, Market Street, Warsaw. Richards pulled into the path of Smith’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
