11:36 a.m. Monday, May 22, US 30 ramp and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jeremy S. Lowe, 37, Park Street. Middleport, Ohio, and Jack W. Simison, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Lowe rear-ended Simison’s vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.

12:02 p.m. Monday, May 22, East Center Street and North Hickory Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Virgil R. Hale, 57, East CR 400S, Pierceton, and Brittni J. Elrod, 20, North Nancy Drive, Warsaw. Hale struck Elrod’s vehicle as she was traveling westbound on East Center Street. Damage up to $10,000.

3:12 p.m. Monday, May 22, East Market Street, east of South Scott Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Russell B. Breske, 53, County Club Drive, Warsaw, and Kristina R. Jones, 36, Canterbury Lane, Warsaw. Breske rear-ended Jones’ vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

4:29 p.m. Monday, May 22, East Fort Wayne Street and North Indiana Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Brandon D. Hoskins, 23, Sunset Drive, Warsaw, and Travis A. Nichols, 33, West Main Street, Warsaw. Hoskins reportedly disregarded a stop sign, pulling into the path of Nichols’ vehicle. Hoskins was transported by EMS. Damage up to $2,500.

5:34 p.m. Monday, May 22, North Detroit Street, north of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Tyler D. Kidd, 19, West Jefferson Street, Mentone, Luke A. White, 26, North SR 5, Larwill, and Elaine F. Smith, 34, North CR 900E, Pierceton. Kidd rear-ended White’s vehicle, causing White’s vehicle to rear-end Smith’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

8:47 p.m. Monday, May 22, East CR 600S, north of South CR 400E, Warsaw. Driver: Tiffany A. Bennett, 32, North Main Street, Sidney. Driver struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.

9:06 p.m. Monday, May 22, West CR 900N, west of North CR 425W, Leesburg. Driver: Chase E. Holbrook, 22, East Deerwood Court, Warsaw. Driver swerved to avoid striking a deer and went into a ditch, rolling the vehicle. Holbrook was transported to Parkview Hospital by EMS. Damage up to $5,000.
