NORTH MANCHESTER — Police arrested a suspect they believed to be involved in a double shooting that left one person dead and another hurt.

Officers were called to a home at 619 East 5th Street. The police department hasn’t released a condition of the victim who was hospitalized.

No names have been released.

Police have not provided any other details about the shooting.
