Laura Jo Hill
Laura Jo Hill, 86, North Webster passed away at 2:50 p.m. May 18, 2017 in her residence. Arrangements are pending at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. On Sept. 7, 1930 she was born in Lewis, Del. to Joseph and Anna (Badenhoop) Muessen. On March 1, 1975 in Severn, MD. she was united in marriage to James Hill, who survives.
A North Webster resident since 1975, she had been a Professional artist and an art teacher. She was a member of Saint Anne’s Episcopal Church and the Indiana Wildlife Artists where she was the founder and former president.
She is survived by her daughters; Jo Anne Kinnaly, South China, Maine, Betty Jane Zubritsky, Kim Rene Marcadis, Syracuse, Ronda Kay Hill, Hammond, and Robin Lynn Snyder, Warsaw, her sons; James Warren, Willow City, North Dakota and William Matthew Hill, North Webster. She is further survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Louse Ann Rowls of Baltimore, MD., brothers; Joseph Wicking and Carl Sylvester.
A Memorial Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 10, 2017 in St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Warsaw.
