Marlen G. Waldridge Jr. — UPDATED
Marlen G. Waldridge Jr., 60, Warsaw, passed away at 10:20 a.m., June 2, 2017, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.
On Oct. 2, 1956 he was born in Bedford to Marlen and Anna Mary (Swango) Waldridge.
On Aug. 21, 2007 in Owensburg he was united in marriage to Rachel Brown who survives. A 36 year resident of Warsaw and Winona Lake he worked as a sales associate at Walmart in the meat department. He attended Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife; Rachel Waldridge of Warsaw, his children: Brandy (and spouse Jeremiah) Busz of Warsaw; Misty (and spouse Tyler) Simerl of Winona Lake; Charity (and spouse Dustin) Cordill of Leesburg; Marlen Waldridge III, Keith Waldridge and Alex Ritter, of all Warsaw. He is further survived by his brother; Jerry (and spouse Rhea) Waldridge of Owensburg, along with 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents, a brother Dick and a sister Janet.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 10 in Owensburg Cemetery, Owensburg. Calling hours are scheduled Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at Lester Jenkins and Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield.
Calling hours are scheduled in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw on Wednesday June 7, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and from 6-8 p.m..
