KOSCIUSKO — The Indiana Sheriff’s Association recently awarded a local student as the 2017 Indiana Sheriff’s Association Scholarship Award recipient for Kosciusko County. 

Trevor D. Owens was presented with the scholarship award to assist in furthering his education in criminal justice.  Owens will be graduating from Warsaw Community High School and is planning on attending Ball State University, Muncie, majoring in criminal justice.
