Michigan Woman Suing Delta For Sexual Assault On Flight Last Year
DETROIT — A Michigan woman is suing Delta Airlines, claiming it could have prevented a man from molesting her on a flight last year.
The woman says Christopher Finkley put his hand under her shorts while sitting in an open seat.
It happened during a flight from Myrtle Beach last year.
The woman says the crew allowed him to roam, despite exposing himself earlier in first class.
Delta said it’s “dismayed” by what happened, but declined to comment on the lawsuit.
Finkley was sentenced to a week in jail after pleading guilty to simple assault.
