Discount Days At The 2017 Kosciusko County Fair
WARSAW — There are a few days during the Kosciusko County Community Fair that offer a savings, which means that there may be a discounted admission or potential savings throughout the fair.
Kiddies Day is a great day to take the family to the fair at a discounted rate for kids on Tuesday, July 11. With kid friendly activities throughout the fairgrounds, all carnival rides will be just $1 from 2 p.m. to closing.
From 8:30-10 a.m. there will be a free kid’s breakfast, then a Lake City Bank coin hunt at 10 a.m. Deb Collier School of Dance will perform at noon, following afterwards at 1 p.m. will be the opportunity to make bird feeders and watch the Wild World of Animals Show.
2 p.m. has Silly Safaris and Danny Conner’s Reptile Show available to see. The animal and reptile shows will continue throughout the day, giving ample time to get the whole fair experience. A Monster Mash Pit Party takes place from 6-7 p.m., quickly followed by the Monster Truck Mash at 7:30.
Kosciusko REMC Day will be the same day as Kiddies Day, Tuesday, July 11. Attendants just have to present their REMC energy card to get $1 off the admission fee.
Senior Day will be a fantastic day for senior citizens who want a little more than the early bird special. On Wednesday, July 12, seniors only have to pay $1 for admission to experience fun activities at the event center until closing.
A free senior breakfast, courtesy of Millers Senior Living, will take place at 8 a.m., followed by free blood pressure checks and other senior entertainment at 9 a.m. Bingo and euchre can be played at 10 a.m. followed by more senior entertainment at 11 a.m. and a free ice cream social
at 1 p.m.
Wristband days are days in which wristbands can be purchased for rides. It is noted that attendants be aware of height restrictions on some rides. Wristband days will be 3-11 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 3-11 p.m. Thursday, July 13, and 1-6 p.m. Saturday, July 15.
Active members of the United States military will receive free entry into the fair.
