Officers with Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

5:26 a.m. Thursday, July 27, South SR 19 and West CR 100S, Etna Green. Driver: Blake W. Tipton, 19, West CR 1400N, Silver Lake. Tipton advised he fell asleep at the wheel, resulting in his vehicle leaving the roadway and striking a utility pole, a road sign and then a second utility pole. Damage up to $50,000.

5:14 p.m. Thursday, July 27, Bell Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Vinod Koralla, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, and Richard D. Honaker, 61, Hurstland Court, Columbia City. The vehicles collided in a parking lot. Damage up to $10,000.

Officers with Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

5:44 p.m. Thursday, July 27, US 30, east of North SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Morgan Wilson, 20, West 4th Street, Fort Wayne, Robert Marsh, 64, Fall Brook Lane, Fort Wayne, and Kenneth V. Olson, 48, 7th Street, Winona Lake. Wilson rear-ended Marsh’s vehicle, causing Marsh to rear-end Olson’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

9:54 a.m. Friday, July 28, West CR 250N, Warsaw. Driver: Curtis D. Frame, 76, Red Squirrel Court, Warsaw. Frame struck a parked vehicle while attempting to pull into a parking space. Damage up to $5,000.
