Indiana’s Cool North Taco Wars kicked off July 21 with 70 of the top taco restaurants across the region through local convention and visitor bureau’s efforts. Mila’s Mini Market known for their authentic Mexican tacos, received the full support from the Plymouth community to get them through the heated competition. Throughout the contest Mila’s offered up several customer appreciation events and other secondary promotions to thank their loyal customers for their support.
Mila’s was not the only winner from this year’s competition. Indiana’s Cool North brought in food critic, Marshall King, to select his favorite taco from the final seven. After visiting all seven locations over two days, Los Aces Mexican Food of South Bend won the critics’ choice.
