Alzheimer’s And Dementia Services of Northern Indiana Hosting New Program
WARSAW — Alzheimer’s & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana announces an upcoming series of programs for persons with an early stage diagnosis of memory loss (such as mild cognitive impairment, early stage Alzheimer’s Disease or a related Dementia).
The program is entitled, “Living Life Well,” and is for the person diagnosed and a family member. These programs will provide education, support and creativity in a variety of subjects such as art, music and woodworking.
The cost to attend all four sessions per couple is $100. This includes class sessions, lunch, and all materials and supplies. This would be a wonderful gift idea for friends or family who want to help support those with a dementia diagnosis, but do not know what to do.
For people who want to remain engaged and active with early stage memory loss and a family member, please call with questions and register with Kristina Fuller, Program Specialist, toll free at (888) 303-0180, or (574) 232-4121.
The dates for the Living Life Well program are Sept. 26, Oct. 10, Oct. 24 and Nov. 7.
