Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

11:20 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, South CR 600W and West CR 800S, Mentone. Driver: Taylor D. Sleeth, 20, South Nellie Boulevard, Claypool. Sleeth stated a vehicle pulled out in front of her and she lost control avoiding the vehicle that left the scene. Her vehicle went through a fence and ditch, stopping in a corn field. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:55 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, Eastlake Drive, south of Frontage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Andrew P. Quella, 27, West Wildwood Trail, Warsaw, and Elizabeth M. Kennedy, 29, West CR 445N, Huntington. Quella failed to see the Kennedy vehicle before crossing the intersection. Damage up to $2,500.
