WINONA LAKE – The Kosciusko Board of REALTORS are preparing for its third-annual Build A Home Run and Walk 5K.

The event will take place Saturday, Oct. 7, with an 8 a.m. start at Winona Lake Trails. The 5K is a USATF certified course event.

Cost is $20 for pre-race adults and $25 day of the race. Kids 13-under are $15 pre-race and $20 day of the race. Families fifth member and up are free. T-shirts will be given out for race participants. Registration can be done online at www.kbor.com/5K and people can follow the event on Facebook.

Awards will be issued for the overall top three male and females and first-place medals for age group winners.
