‘Breasts And Brew – Coffee And Conversations About Breast Health’ Being Held In Warsaw
WARSAW — The Parkview Center for Healthy Living, Parkview Warsaw YMCA location, will host leading breast cancer surgeon, Linda Han, MD, Parkview Physicians Group – Oncology, and members of her cancer care team for a fireside chat from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16. The free event, also featuring Warsaw native Stefani Davis, DNP, WHNP-BC, Parkview Physicians Group – Oncology, will give participants a chance to ask questions related to breast cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment options.
“We’re thrilled to host such a respected breast cancer surgeon here at the Center,” said Melissa Buesching, community outreach coordinator, Parkview Center for Healthy Living. “Dr. Han played an integral role in the development of Indiana’s Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank, the only repository for normal breast tissue in the world, and has a real passion for her patients. This will be a wonderful opportunity for women in our community to ask questions in a comfortable, relaxed setting.”
