Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

12:41 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, South County Farm Road, south of East CR 700S, Claypool. Driver: Braxton D. Breske, 26, Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Breske struck a deer while traveling north on County Farm Road. Damage up to $5,000.

2:25 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, Lake City Highway and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Drivers: Lydia J. Randolph, 26, Lincoln Avenue, Hobart, and Ryan H. Clousing, 40, Miami Drive, Warsaw. Randolph rear-ended Clousing’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

2:03 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, SR 19, north of West Hepton Road, Nappanee. Drivers: Michael R. Slabaugh, 20, West CR 1100N, Nappanee, and Rick D. Sprong, 63, West CR 600N, Warsaw. Slabaugh rear-ended Sprong’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

Silver Lake

Officers with the Silver Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

6:39 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16, West SR 14, east of South CR 200W, Silver Lake. Driver: Timothy W. Kelsey, 54, South CR 650W, South Whitley. Kelsey was traveling westbound on SR 14 when a deer ran in front of his vehicle. Kelsey was unable to avoid a collision. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

10:29 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, US 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jamie I. Close, 40, East CR 400N, Leesburg, and Kayla M. Sonnier, 28, Cardinal Lane, Irving, Texas.The vehicles collided at the intersection. Damage up to $10,000.

3:26 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, East Center Street and North Lindberg Street. Drivers: Bailey H. Roulo, 17, EMS B21 Lane, Pierceton, and Starr A. Douglas, 43, West Eldora Drive, Silver Lake. Roulo rear-ended Douglas’ vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
