Donald A. Gray, 87, Argos, passed away at 7:27 a.m., Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, at his residence.

On Feb. 26, 1930, Don was born in Plymouth to Alfred and Pearl Books Gray. Don enlisted in the US Army and was honorably discharged.

Don and Nettie L. Heckaman married on July 20, 1967, in Rochester. They shared 50 years of life’s adventures.

As an auctioneer, Don and Nettie owned and operated Gray’s Ten Pin Auction of Argos until retiring in 2001.

Left to cherish the memories of Don are his wife, Nettie; two daughters: Donna Reznikov, Glen Rock, Penn.; and Vicki Stern, White Marsh, Md.; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Betty Stiles of Marion; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding Don in death are his parents, son Robin Gray on July 31, 2017, and grandson Shane Munson.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
